some sketches.

I've been doing a wee bit of sketching lately. I'm actually trying to get good at drawing faces from different angles and the more detailed features that I noramally avoid like, say for example, ears. I need some advice on how I could improve on these 'doodles'.

This is just a quick sketch I did the other day (whilst keeping in mind some of the feedback you guys gave me on my previous drawings). It's not really finished or anything. I've been a bit lazy as far as drawing goes. I haven't actually sat down and drawn anything spectacular since, but I'm trying to focus on perfecting proportions and features. (I'm a perfectionist).

Next are the incredibly complicated thing to draw commonly known as, dun dun dun, 'ears'. I'm trying to draw some ears that somewhat resemble the real thing, but with my own creative twist. It's hard. anyway. A crappy ear I drew. It's not completed because I didn't know what to do next.

This next drawing is when I was drawing my own profile. I can't do lips, though.

The eye:

this is the entire sketch. Sorry about all the scribbles. I tend to do a lot of 'overlapping' when I draw so that I can compare it to the previous drawing. I'm pretty sure the shape of the head is incredibly off.

actual picture. It's not really meant to look anything like me. I'm just playing around with it since this is something I've never really paid too much attention to drawing becasue whenever I do it looks like ass. I realise that most of the features are pretty off and my jaw line isn't nearly as square as that...and the angle's all wrong. But just to give you guys an idea of what I was drawing from. I don't really know what else you could say about this because it seems as though I've just critiqued myself but you never know what interesting feedback you can get from an objective point of view.

tips and feedback would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.

Why is it that everytime I write a post in this community I get explosive gas?
